Orders
Once an order has been placed, the consumer will directly receive an email to confirm the details of the order and the total costs associated with the order. All orders will be sent within five working days after receipt of payment by the consumer.
In the case of technical malfunction, however, which falls under the category of circumstances beyond AAMcEvoy’s control, an order will be shipped as soon as possible. AAMcEvoy will keep the consumer duly informed of the status of the order.
However, if a certain product is no longer available, we will notify the customer as soon as possible to arrange an alternative.
Prices and Payment
All prices on our website are in Euro’s. Shipping is not included in the price of the garment, it is added on at the end of the transaction.
Payments are accepted through PayPal, Visa, MasterCard.
Shipment of the order will take place once payment has been received by AAMcEvoy.
Returns
The customer has 14days from date of purchase to return the garment (or in the case of an online purchase, date of delivery) for a full refund. Please note shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Please return all items in its original packaging and with the original hangtags. AAMcEvoy will not accept any items that have been washed, worn, stained, damaged or altered in any way. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender, minus the shipping costs for returning the items. All returns should be accompanied by a note with the order number, reason of return and whish for exchange or refund. Unidentifiable returns may not be possible to refund.
Exchanges
An item can be exchanged for the same style in a different size or colour. If the new item is less expensive the amount will be credited. When an item is more expensive you will be given a new invoice and a new payment request. The old invoice will be credited and refunded to the account it was paid from. If exchanging an item for a different style is not possible the customer will be refunded, any new items can be bought in the online store.

Damaged/faulty goods
Please email images of the fault to us (stitching, overlocking etc) with ‘Fault’ in the subject bar to info@aamcevoy.com. If AAMcEvoy is responsible for the fault, an exchange or refund will be offered.
